岗位描述:
1. 可以独立从事高水平原创性的科学研究; 
2. 可以独立培养和指导研究生; 
3. 能够承担本科生及研究生的授课任务,开展高水平教学; 
4. 承担院内及学校公共服务工作; 
5. 在学院要作为学术带头人引领学科发展,推动人才队伍建设。
1. Capable of conducting high-level original scholarly research independently.
2.Capable of tutoring graduate students independently, and undertaking the task of teaching undergraduate/graduate students.
3. Strong commitment to professional service to school and the society.
4. For tenure track full professor, the applicant is expected to be the academic leader in his/her field, capable to lead the development of disciplines and faculty.

资格条件:
1. 身心健康、师德师风良好、有良好的职业道德; 
2. 应具有博士学位,在高水平研究型大学工作九年以上,并在相关领域取得过高水平的研究成果
3. 研究方向明确,且具有理论先进性与现实影响力;
4. 能够独立从事高水平原创性的科学研究,独立指导研究生,并能够承担研究生的授课任务; 
5. 具有国际一流学术水平,在所属学科领域有国际引领作用。
1. Physically and psychologically healthy, good professional ethics, commitment to effective teaching, productive scholarly research, quality professional service in the fields of healthcare management.
2. PhD degree, at least nine years work experiences as tenure track faculty in world-class university or research institution, having obtained high-level research achievements in relevant areas.
3. Clear research direction in compliance with the school's disciplinary planning. The research achievements are expected to have advanced theoretical value and realistic influence.
4. Proved records of teaching excellence and publication in recognized top journals in relevant fields.
5. World-class academic level, holding a leading position and influence in the subject area internationally.
