人物简介：现任清华大学深圳研究生院副教授。南开大学数学系理学学士，北京大学光华管理学院理学硕士。曾先后在西安统计学院、清华大学经济管理学院任教；香港城市大学、美国麻省理工学院Sloan管理学院访问研究。

讲授课程：管理学概论，组织理论

研究领域：组织经济学、管理科学、医院管理

社会兼职：数家单位管理顾问，独立董事
