人物简介：2012年在吉林大学公共卫生学院获得博士学位，2014-2017年期间在清华大学医院管理研究院从事博士后研究，2018年留校任教，兼任医疗服务治理研究中心副主任和医管院研究生工作组组长。2022年-2024年，挂职清华大学深圳国际研究生院学工办副主任。
讲授课程：《医院评审评价与医院管理工具》、《医院管理伦理学》、《医疗安全与质量管理》、《医药卫生法律与政策》、《医患沟通与医院文化》等。
研究领域：主要从事医院质量管理、患者安全、社区卫生、整合式医疗、医疗保障、健康旅游等方向的研究。
