DrPH 的招生对象是有志成为公卫和医疗事业管理领域专家型领导的优秀人才。包括：公立医院及非公医疗机构的中高层管理者、医疗健康产业各类机构的中高层管理者、公共卫生事业管理者、医疗产业投资者等。

l 学历要求 Education Background
拥有医疗卫生或管理相关专业硕士学位如医学硕士、公卫硕士、MBA、MPA等。
l 英语要求 English Proficiency
・通过英文水平测试或提供托福、雅思等英语水平成绩作为参考
・能听懂英文授课并参与课堂讨论
・能用英文完成课程作业和考试
・能用英语完成论文并通过答辩
l 经验要求 Working Experience
在医疗卫生机构及其相关领域的工作或管理经历,其他行业领域的中高层管理经历
学习模式COURSES FORMAT
在职学习，学分制。获得博士学位需要修满128 学分，其中课程105学分（8学时/学分）、博士资格笔试及口试5学分、论文及研讨会18学分。部分课程在约翰霍普金斯学习。
课程设置 CURRICULUM
课程内容不仅包括公卫领域的主流核心课程，同时，将重点学习医疗卫生服务业的管理及领导力课程。课程将尽可能多地采用中国或亚洲地区医疗及健康服务机构的案例，供学生和教师一起深入分析讨论。

l 部分无法完成博士学位的学生，符合一定条件可以获得约翰霍普金斯大学公卫学院医疗卫生管理硕士学位
学习费用 TUITION AND FEES
l 每学期根据注册学分收费，学费将直接交至约翰霍普金斯大学。
